We clearly recognize the growing public awareness of poor indoor air quality and its potential negative effects on a living or work environment is certainly cause for concern. In fact, it is widely stated in the restoration industry that badly handled water losses are the Number 1 source of poor indoor air quality. An unaddressed water loss or incomplete water damage restoration job can result in microbial growth, bacterial amplification, bad odor, and poor indoor air quality.

Our protocols and techniques in handling water, sewage, and mold situations are conscientiously guided by IICRC’s S500 Standard and Reference Guide for Professional Water Damage Restoration and S520 Standard Reference Guide for Professional Mold Remediation); and the EPA’s guidelines regarding mold remediation in homes, commercial buildings, and schools.
In keeping up to date with scientific breakthroughs in restorative
drying techniques and equipment, combined with 13 years mechanical
experience, 6 years building construction experience, 7 years plumbing
experience, and commitment to education for our Technicians,
